ししゃも＆ダイコンおろし＆具だくさん味噌汁、美味しい白米！これだけで元気が出ます。
かなり質素なようですが、十分に熱エネルギーが蓄えられる感じがあります。
お米と小魚の力ってスゴイと思いますね。やはり日本の朝食は美味しい！
