昨夜は、友人との飲み会があり、深夜の買物が出来ませんでした。
よって今朝は、残りものでなんとか作った朝ご飯です。
白ねぎが無くて味噌汁の味に”まろやかさ”が出せなかった・・・な、残念。
まー昨夜の楽しい一時のせいなので、許せますが
久々に合った友人んの一人の髪の毛が・・・なくなっているのにショック！！
明日からは、ヒジキや海藻類を食べようと決めました。
