◆味噌汁：具材（ダイコン、椎茸、白ねぎ）、音戸いりこ ダシ
◆おかず：音戸サヨリの干物＆ダイコンおろし、丸徳の味付け海苔
◆こだわりご飯：石臼、杵つきミルキークイーン有機無農薬ＪＡＳ米（土生米）

①フライパンで音戸の干しエビ、ジャコを炒めます。
（味つけは・・・醤油、味醂、酒です）
②さらにダイコンの葉っぱを加えてさっと炒めます。
③アツアツご飯の上に炒めたジャコ＆エビをのせます。
④その上にダイコンおろしと、ほぐした焼き海苔をのせます。

瀬戸内海でとれた新鮮な小魚と素材を生かす調味料があれば
