◆味噌汁：具材（春菊、ダイコン、椎茸、白ねぎ）、音戸いりこ ダシ
◆おかず：じゃこ＆ダイコの葉＆玉子の炒め物に丸徳海苔トッピング
◆こだわりご飯：石臼、杵つきミルキークイーン有機無農薬ＪＡＳ米（土生米）
【音戸海鮮のりごはん 】 ↑
①フライパンで音戸のジャコを炒めます。
（味つけは・・・醤油、味醂、酒です）
②さらにダイコンの葉っぱを加えて、玉子を加えさっと炒めます。
③アツアツご飯の上に炒めたジャコ＆玉子をのせます。
④その上にほぐした焼き海苔をのせます。
昨日とあまり変わってないですよね。
実は朝寝坊してしまい、考える間がなくて。。。手抜きです。
