◆こだわりご飯：石臼、杵つきミルキークイーン有機無農薬ＪＡＳ米（土生米）

今日は少し時間をかけた朝ごはんです。
北海寒干秋鮭＆大根おろしがメインの朝ご飯。
それと、ものぐさ40女にもらった菜の花のオヒタシ。
毒が入ってるといけないので、ちょと茹で時間長めにしました。
結構、おいしい初物の味でした。ドミニカの加計師匠には目の毒でしょうが。
菜の花おいしかったよ！田舎生まれのものぐＨＡＣＯへ！
