◆こだわりご飯：石臼、杵つきミルキークイーン有機無農薬ＪＡＳ米（土生米）

今日は、久々に事務所に出なくい日にしました。
ほぼ、趣味のように会社に行っているので、休みも特に決めなくて
毎日、同じリズムで生活しています。でも、時々何故かおもいきり
寝たくなるので、今日はそんな休息の日としました。
なので・・・朝ごはんも手抜き。
味噌汁と魚があれば良いかって感じのメニューでした。

たまには家でゆっくりするのも ええわ。
