   ◆こだわりご飯:石臼、杵つきミルキークイーン有機無農薬JAS米(土生米)

    会社の近くの山陰会社が経営するスーーパーで”のど黒”発見!
    北陸に行くとすごく高価な魚ノドグロが何故か山陰だと普通なんですよね!
    以前、金沢でその値段に驚いたことがあります。
    
    ってことで、今朝は少し手抜きの朝ごはんでした。

おいしいよね。

生のど黒の塩焼きなんかしたら、脳みそ?
頭の骨から出るチュルってした所(骨の髄)まで堪能しちゃいます。
日本海育ちは魚の食べ方が上手でなくっちゃ!!
瀬戸内とは違う日本海の荒波にもまれたお魚が懐かしい~
食べたい。

@Markus I get your drift on where you were going there. I often think of my past and use it as a means to analyze where I am and where I want to get to. Where I struggel is balancing it all out. How do you guys balance things out?
