バカラオ（塩蔵・・・・・ジャン・レノじゃないよ、分かるかな？鱈）の
野菜炒め＆アグア＝水です。
【説明】
バカラオ＝塩蔵鱈、アレンケ＝塩蔵鰯は、
野菜（トマト、玉ねぎ、ピーマン）等と多量の油で炒めて
キャッサバ芋や食用バナナ、ドンプリン（小麦粉の練り物）と
共に食べます。
今日は美味しそうでしょ！！なんと言っても元料理人ですから！
