今月のパン教室では、ポテトブレットとビーネンステッヒを作りました。
今回はコネが多少悪く、ふくらみにムラがあったものの、そこはやっぱり手づくりパン！！
出来たてのパンはおいしかったです。
写真はポテトブレットです。
ポテトブレットはゆでたポテトがけっこう入ります。
でも、まったくポテト、ポテトしていません。
食感は普通の食パンより、キメが細かくフワフワでとてもやわらかいパンでした。
おいしそうでしょ！！
愛する子供のためにママは頑張ります！
