4月10日（火）の朝ごはん（調理時間30分）
今朝は早く起きすぎて、体調もバッチリだったので
創作意欲がフツフツと湧き上がり家族の昼ごはん
もタップリ作りました。
◆まず40男のメニュー
1.山陰浜田のサバ味醂干・・・焼くだけ。
2.味噌汁・・・昆布・カツオだし＆白ねぎ、ダイコンのあっさりタイプ。
3.冷製パスタ小（左上）・・・パスタを茹でる ⇒ 氷で冷やす
⇒ オリーブオイルを混ぜる ⇒ 茹でた野菜（ホウレン草・人参）とトマトを加える
⇒ 味つけはバジル系のサラダドレッシングで簡単に！
◆家族の昼食
4.冷製パスタ小（真中上）・・・パスタを茹でる（リングイネ） ⇒ 氷で冷やす
⇒ オリーブオイルを混ぜる ⇒ 茹でた野菜（ホウレン草・人参・アスパラ）と
トマトを加える ⇒ 生ハムを加える ⇒ バジル系のサラダドレッシングで味つけ！
5.豆腐とトマトのモウッエレラ風サラダ
絹ごし豆腐を切る ⇒ トマトを挟む ⇒ ホウレン草を添える
⇒ オリーブオイルとバジル系のサラダドレッシングで味つけ！
◆お皿に関して・・・
つい最近まで中華とイタリアンをコヨナク愛していたので
イタリアン系と中華系のお皿がほとんどなんです。
ぼちぼち色々な野菜が出始めるので
イタリアン系のお皿を食器棚の前の方に出しました。
趣味として白系のお皿より派手派手色のイタリアン系が好きです。
